Shipping policy

Where I ship

Within the United States. Every order ships from my workshop in Belmar, New Jersey.

Processing time

In-stock items usually ship within 2 business days. Personalized and made-to-order items are printed after you order and ship within 5 to 7 business days. Each product page says which it is.

Rates

Shipping is by USPS and the price is calculated at checkout based on what's in your cart and where it's going. Orders of $50 or more ship free.

Local delivery

If you're near Belmar, you'll see a free local delivery option at checkout. I'll drop it at your door, usually within a couple of days of it being ready, and you'll get a message when it's on the way.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is printed. Delivery after that depends on USPS, usually 2 to 5 days.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking hasn't moved in 7 days, message me and I'll open a claim and sort out a replacement. Please make sure your address is complete at checkout, since packages returned for a bad address will need new postage to go out again.
