Refund policy

Everything here is printed by one person in a small workshop, so I keep this simple.

Personalized and made-to-order items

Anything printed with a name, a year, an initial, or a custom color choice is made just for you and can't be resold, so those orders are final sale. Please double-check spelling before you order. If I've made a mistake on my end, I'll reprint it at no charge.

Everything else

If a non-personalized item isn't right, message me within 14 days of delivery. Send it back unused and in its original condition and I'll refund the item price once it arrives. Return postage is on you unless the item was wrong or damaged.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives broken or isn't what you ordered, message me within 7 days of delivery with a photo and I'll send a replacement or a refund, your choice. No need to ship it back.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to the original payment method within a few business days of approval. Your bank may take a little longer to post it.

Sale and clear-out items

Archive Clear Out items are last of the batch and final sale unless they arrive damaged.
